Come exude serenity and feel one with nature ! We built this adorable riverfront cabin with one thing in mind, we wanted our guests to feel a reconnection with nature and to be able to enjoy the magnificent river and canyon views any time of year regardless of weather. Our small fruit farm offers complete serenity yet is located in the heart of San Jose just 20 minutes from the International Airport. One would question if this is not the most amazing view San Jose has to offer.

Good to know

This tinyhouse was built with love using all locally sourced Teak and Cedar., The abundance of natural light and warm decor make this space super cozy. Most of our guests boast of the wide open views of the grand Rio Virilla canyon from the covered porch or the sounds of the roaring river as you lay in bed.

Other Details to Note

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Brasil De Mora is a family oriented suburb of San Jose that is extremely safe and conveniently central to Santa Ana, Escazu, Jaco, Poas Volcano and the Arenal Volcano.

Guest Access

Guest can use all of the space on the property, feel free to pick fresh fruit and enjoy the hiking trails as you leave the driveway and continue to the left. Some excellent view points that way and I often see white faced monkey's and toucans on my walks in the morning.

We loved the tiny house! Perfect for our last night in Costa Rica and wish we could have stayed longer. Great view, peaceful setting, very comfortable bedding, nice bathroom and shower, thoughtful amenities. Marco the groundskeeper was super friendly, helpful and kind. Even though our Spanish was only moderate we had no problems. He gave us a ride to town and back for dinner and took us to the airport the next day. Ciudad Colon was nice, I'd skip San Jose and stay there any day. Good places to eat once you get into town (not walkable from the Airbnb though).

This was one of the coolest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at and so cute for couples. Marco was amazing and helped us get around because we didn’t have a car. However, I highly recommend renting a car if you are staying for more than one night because it is very hilly and hidden away in a beautiful forest, but it is not easy to walk to town to get food and stuff. Overall great experience.
