And when it's time to eat, our Japanese garden is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal prepared in our fully stocked modern kitchen. And if you're a foodie, you'll love picking your own fresh fruits from our farm depending on the season. But don't worry, there's plenty to do outside of the house too. Take a hike out your back door or head out for a night on the town. Our property is conveniently located just minutes away from Cuidad Colon, Santa Ana, Escazu, and the San Jose International Airport. And if you're looking for a beach getaway, Jaco is just an hour away. Canyon Casa is the perfect spot for couples, families, or a group of friends. With a king bedroom in the loft, a queen bedroom downstairs, and a separate sleeping area downstairs with another queen bed, we can comfortably accommodate up to six people at any time. - The curtains are operated by an electric mechanism and can only be controlled using a remote. Therefore, kindly refrain from attempting to manually open or close them. - The AC controllers for both units are on the wall to the left of each television. -If you wish to use the waterfall/river feature in the garden please just send us a quick message if you are having trouble using it. - Our office space is equipped with a spacious desk, complete with all necessary supplies, accompanied by a comfortable leather office chair. Additionally, we boast exceptional fiber optic internet connectivity, ensuring seamless video conferencing capabilities and optimal support for live trading activities. Another thing to note if you're not familiar with Costa Rica is that this stunning country sometimes experiences power and water outages. Moreover, you might encounter some fascinating insects such as scorpions, snakes, mosquitoes, flies, and bees. But don't fret, they are simply a part of the extraordinary ecosystem here! PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL LONG TERM RESERVATIONS WE WILL REQUIRE A MANDATORY CLEANING DONE BY OUR MAID SERVICE EVERY 15 DAYS. WE TAKE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ON OUR HOMES VERY SERIOUS AND HAVE FOUND THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO DO SO. THE CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE $120 (USD) AND CAN BE PAID DIRECTLY ON THE AIRBNB PLATFORM.

You're welcome to use all of the property. There is excellent hiking/mountain biking right out of the driveway. Our road is very private and doesn't see much traffic.

To ensure smooth transportation to our premises, we strongly suggest utilizing an SUV as the extra ground clearance will be quite beneficial not only for our road but in ALL of Costa Rica. 4x4 is not necessary but agencies offer many suv's that are very fuel efficient . The road leading to our location is approximately 2 miles of dirt road. In the event that you opt for a taxi service, we recommend selecting either an Uber XL or a Red Taxi SUV, as some Costa Rican taxis and Uber drivers may have concerns about navigating dirt roads as they often drive very low to the ground mini vehicles.. :) :) Uber and red taxi services are available for pick-up at the designated property. We suggest opting for an Uber XL, as their drivers generally exhibit higher satisfaction levels. However, regular Uber drivers are also accessible, although some may express discontentment regarding the presence of a dirt road. :) Regardless, it is essential to walk to the front of the driveway gate for pick-up, as drivers are unable to enter independently or locate you otherwise.
